CASA MURO
Usually, single-family houses are constructed in the center of the plot, surrounded by a garden that occupies the space between the house and the wall, which rather unremarkably separates the private from the public space.
This design flips the script. By maximizing the possibilities of regulations, the house is placed against the boundary of the triangular plot, effectively becoming the wall itself. In the center, a large courtyard is formed, spacious enough to contain a small mountain.
The objective is clear: to live in a detached house, shielded from the hustle and bustle, offering privacy and intimacy, with every window offering unobstructed views of unadulterated nature. And the best part? It’s all just a 5-minute walk from the city center.
